Join us for CountryHouse Caregiver Connections, a monthly support group designed for family members, friends, and caregivers of individuals experiencing memory loss.We understand how challenging and isolating the caregiving journey can feel—especially when you are the primary support person. While no guidebook can fully prepare you, you don’t have to walk this path alone. This group offers a welcoming space to connect, share, and learn alongside others who truly understand.
Each gathering includes:
• Helpful resources and caregiving tips
• A supportive environment to share experiences and concerns
• Open opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance
