About this Event
Aim: To connect dental nurses and trainees directly with hiring practices, and leave every attendee interview-ready.
Learning objectives. By the end, you will be able to:
- Present a clear one-page dental CV, reviewed by a practice manager.
- Answer common interview questions in a real mock interview, with feedback.
- Know what to ask a practice before accepting a job (rota, CPD, pay, support).
- Have matched with at least one local practice on Twoth Match.
Who it's for: Trainee and qualified dental nurses. Practices: 3 to 5 hiring tables, free (register separately).
Agenda:
- 10:30: Welcome, and what practices want in 10 minutes
- 10:45: CV clinic and mock interviews (rotations)
- 11:45: Speed match: 5 minutes at each practice table
- 12:40: App matches and next steps
What to bring: 2 printed CVs and your phone, with Twoth Match downloaded.
