Cardio Drumming - a joyful, low-impact workout
Cardio Drumming blends gentle cardiovascular exercise with easy-to-follow rhythm using stability balls and lightweight drumsticks. Moves include drumming overhead, to the side, and across the body for a full-body routine that supports heart health, balance, and coordination—without stressing the joints.
Why it’s great for our community?
Low-impact & accessible: Suitable for a wide range of mobility levels and chronic conditions.
Heart-smart: Promotes circulation and cardiovascular wellness in a safe, rhythmic way.
Brain-boosting fun: Rhythm and movement support memory and mental sharpness.
Social and welcoming: A friendly group setting that builds new friendships and peer support.
Inclusive for all abilities: Easily adaptable to fit individual goals and needs.
Space is limited (10 per class): Registration Required
Interested in Volunteering?
We’re always looking for volunteers to help run sessions, assist participants, or support events and outreach.
