Kick off the fun at 4PM with the Paparazzi Row Block Party at Fleming & White St— strike a pose on the red carpet, hit the 360-selfie station, and grab a cocktail before the march. 5:00 PM Keep with tradition and queue up to START with the Morganettes’ and the Band on the corner of Frances and Petronia Street. Step off at 5:30PM sharp, the Masquerade March struts through Old Town and straight into the Fantasy Fest Street Fair, with music, noisemakers, and complimentary drinks along the way. The revelry keeps rolling down Duval, then into the night at Captain Morgan’s Official Pirate After Party at Kaya Emporium or the Surf’s Up Party at Hog’s Breath Saloon.
