Capital City Champions Montgomery Home Down Payment Assistance Program

Starting October 1st, the City of Montgomery is launching Capital City Champions Home Down Payment Assistance Initiative, a program created to help make homeownership more attainable for the people who serve our community every day.

Capital City Champions will provide eligible participants with down payment assistance to help them purchase a home within Montgomery city limits.

This program is specifically for:

• Military Service Members
• Police Officers
• Firefighters
• (Emergency Medical Technicians) or EMTs
• Nurses
• Educators (School Teachers Grades K-12 and Support Staff)
• City, County, State, and Federal employees.
