Join Jillian Bauer of Sacred Rest in this guided workshop. You’ll arrive and settle into the space, starting with a quick dive into hypnotherapy, what it is and what it isn’t. A group exercise will ensure everyone is feeling it is working before going further. We’'ll reframe why more effort isn’t always the fix, and learn the reframe to find what is missing in your personal solutions. The class will be lead into Guided Clinical Hypnotherapy while laying down and Jillian will apply hands on Reiki healing on every attendee. The result is a fresh mindset, balanced energy, and tools to take home to and become “unstuck” anytime. Please bring a yoga mat and any comfort items required for your deep relaxation. Class is limited to 15 attendees to ensure individual attention. Tickets are $25 and available by clicking the link below. Two “pay what you can” tickets are available for those with financial hardship.
