WATER + PROPERTY SAFETY
Personal kayaks, paddleboards, and appropriate float gear are welcome, subject to venue, event staff, and lifeguard approval. Bringing your own approved equipment is recommended if you want to guarantee availability.
Lifeguards, security, and EMT/medical staff will be on-site.
• A properly sized U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket/PFD is required by event rules for anyone using a kayak, paddleboard, or other watercraft.
• Floaties and recreational flotation devices are not substitutes for a required life jacket/PFD.
• Swimming, hot spring use, dock access, and all other water activities are permitted only during authorized access periods and in accordance with lifeguard, venue, and event staff instructions.
• No intoxicated swimming or intoxicated use of kayaks, paddleboards, floats, or other watercraft.
• No diving, jumping, flips, or cannonballs unless expressly permitted by lifeguards in a designated area.
• Guests must immediately comply with instructions from lifeguards, security, EMT/medical personnel, venue personnel, and authorized event staff.
• Water or recreational access may be limited, delayed, suspended, or closed at any time because of weather, water conditions, capacity, safety concerns, staffing, guest conduct, or other circumstances.
• Unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or noncompliant conduct may result in denial of water access or removal from the event without refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK + REQUIRED WAIVERS
This event takes place on a private outdoor lake property and may involve swimming, docks, hot springs, kayaks, paddleboards, flotation devices, uneven or wet surfaces, changing weather and water conditions, crowds, amplified sound, and other recreational activities.
Participation in swimming, watercraft use, hot spring use, and other recreational activities is voluntary and never required for attendance.
By purchasing, accepting, transferring, possessing, or using a ticket, each attendee acknowledges that attendance at an outdoor lake event and voluntary participation in recreational and water activities involve inherent risks.
Every attendee must complete the required Event Liability Waiver and venue/private membership waiver before admission.
NO COMPLETED WAIVERS = NO ENTRY.
Ticket purchase alone does not guarantee admission. Entry remains conditioned upon:
• Being 21 years of age or older • Presenting valid government-issued photo ID • Completing all required waivers • Compliance with venue and event rules • Compliance with instructions from event staff, security, lifeguards, and medical personnel
Failure or refusal to satisfy these requirements may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.
The lineup, stage schedule, recreational amenities, and water access are subject to reasonable modification based on safety, operational, weather, venue, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
