This is a hands on canning class where you will prepare and process veggies into mouth watering pickkes. You will learn USDA safety processors for canning. You will be taking some of those pickled veggies home with you. What veggies that will be used will be announced depending on what is available in the garden.
$30 a person or if attending all 3 classes there is a discount.
