About this Event
Create space to turn inward, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. This 75-minute candlelit experience combines Introspective Breathwork® with Reiki energy healing to support self-exploration, emotional release, and deeper awareness.No experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself to receive.
You’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing, allowing your attention to move inward as you notice what arises within the body, emotions, and mind. Reiki will be woven throughout the experience to offer an additional layer of grounding, relaxation, and energetic support.
Rather than striving for a particular outcome, you’ll be invited to approach the experience with curiosity and allow the breath to guide your individual process. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, or simply more connected to yourself and what you need in the moment.
No prior experience with breathwork or Reiki is necessary.
What to bring
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and/or pillow for comfort
• Water
Wear comfortable clothing
