Fairy Light Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath is a gentle 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Our studio transforms into a glowing sanctuary illuminated with warm fairy lights, candlelight tones, Himalayan salt lamps, and calming ambiance to support deep rest and reflection.
This experience blends restorative yoga, supported postures, guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain stick, and mindful stillness. Students are invited to arrive exactly as they are. No yoga experience is necessary.
