Yin Yoga + Breathwork with Candy IrvenJoin us each week for a deeply restorative practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
Our Yin Yoga practice invites you into long-held, supported postures that gently stretch the body, release tension, and improve mobility. By working with the connective tissues and joints, Yin creates space throughout the body while encouraging mindfulness, patience, and nervous system regulation. This practice is accessible to all levels and offers a grounding opportunity to turn inward.
Following the yoga practice, you'll be guided through an immersive breathwork experience using intentional breathing techniques that support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and inner awareness. Through guided breath patterns, you'll have the opportunity to release stress, cultivate presence, and create space for calm, clarity, and renewal.
Whether you're new to yoga and breathwork or looking to deepen your wellness practice, this class offers a supportive environment to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
