Candlelight Sound Journey - Journey Through the ChakanaThe Chakana is an ancient Andean symbol representing the connection between three realms—the Lower World, the Middle World, and the Upper World.
First introduced to me during my yoga teacher training, the teachings of the Chakana have remained a meaningful part of my practice. For this special evening, I’ll offer my own interpretation of a journey through the three worlds using sound.
The lower world is connected to what lies beneath the surface—our roots, the unseen, and the deeper parts of ourselves. The middle world is the world we inhabit—our present experience, relationships, and everyday life. The upper world is associated with the celestial realm, expanded awareness, and connection to something beyond ourselves.
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, rattles, chimes, and other world instruments will weave together through frequency, vibration, sound, and silence to guide your journey through the three worlds.
This is an invitation to rest and receive. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply get comfortable and allow yourself to be held by sound.

This is a 75-minute sound journey. Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring anything else that will support your comfort while lying down or sitting for the journey.
