Bask in the soothing glow of candlelight as you move through a gentle flow designed to calm the body and quiet the mind.
This class blends fluid movement with deeper stretches, encouraging you to slow down and tune in. Through longer holds and restorative postures, you’ll release tension and melt away stress, creating space for renewal from the inside out. With an emphasis on mindful breathing, each practice supports emotional balance and invites you to move, breathe, and release the emotional charge stored in the body—leaving you grounded, open, and at peace.

Details:
Arrival time is 15 minutes before class and check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class. Phones are not allowed in class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely. We have a bathroom and a changing room available. Mats are provided free of charge. You are also welcome to bring your own mat. The class is taught in English.
