About this Event
Celebrate the season with Areté Vocal Ensemble in Candlelight Christmas with Areté, a festive afternoon of choral music celebrating the beauty and joy of the Christmas season.
Now in its 18th season, Areté presents a program featuring Conrad Susa’s Carols and Lullabies, performed with harp, marimba, and guitar, as well as Benjamin Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols, performed by members of Areté’s soprano and alto sections with harp. The program will also feature seasonal solos by members of the ensemble.
Join us for an afternoon of music, reflection, and holiday spirit in the beautiful setting of Samuelson Chapel at California Lutheran University.
