All levels welcome — bring your mat, cozy layers, blankets, and anything you need to stay comfortable. Once the sun goes down, temperatures drop quickly at the beach.
Join Yoga In Beautiful Places for a deeply restorative candlelit evening at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad. As daylight fades and the candles begin to glow, settle into a peaceful seaside experience designed to calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.
This intimate evening combines guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and immersive sound healing surrounded by the natural rhythm of the ocean. As you relax beneath the evening sky, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing instruments create space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.
Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored after an evening dedicated to slowing down and simply allowing yourself to rest.

Step into a deeply restorative 60-minute journey designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and guide you into a state of profound rest.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breath awareness to help your body settle and your mind slow down. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”—a powerful meditation practice experienced while lying comfortably on your mat.
As your body rests and your mind moves into a deeply relaxed state, soothing sound healing instruments—including crystal singing bowls and other harmonic tones—will surround you. The combination of meditation, sound, and the peaceful ocean setting creates an opportunity to slow down, release, and restore.
This experience is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, stressed, or simply needing intentional time to pause.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and profoundly renewed.
