Candlelight & Cello, a 75-minute immersive experience weaving together candlelit Yin Yoga, live cello, and sound bath into one continuous journey of rest and resonance.
Led by Maritza Paz-Fernandez, join us at Mission Yoga's new location on Sunday, October 4th from 7-8:15 PM for a deeply nourishing experience designed to invite you into deep rest, stillness, and connection.
Settle into the slow, meditative practice of Yin Yoga as the gentle, expressive sounds of live cello weave through your practice. As you soften and surrender into stillness, a soothing sound bath will carry you into an even deeper state of relaxation - creating an evening to pause, breathe, listen, and simply be.
This special experience is donation-based, with 100% of proceeds going toward our building fund as we create a new home for our studio and our community. The suggested donation is $35, but this is truly a gift-based event - give what feels right and be as generous as you wish. Every contribution helps us take this exciting next step together.
