This November, join us at Essence Holistic Health for Candlelight & Calm, a cozy, restorative evening designed to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with your body, and make space for some much-needed rest.Surrounded by soft candlelight, calming music, and a welcoming atmosphere, you'll be guided through a series of gentle mind-body practices that encourage relaxation, reflection, and nervous system regulation.
During this experience, you'll enjoy:
- Gentle Somatic Movement: Slow, accessible movements to explore tension, comfort, and connection with your body.
- Mindful Breathwork: Simple breathing techniques to support relaxation and help you find a rhythm that feels comfortable.
- Guided Journaling: Thoughtful reflection prompts to help you explore what you've been carrying and what you may need as the seasons change.
- Guided Meditation: A soothing practice to invite rest, grounding, and present-moment awareness.
- Intentional Stillness: Space to simply pause, unwind, and experience what it feels like to slow down.
No yoga experience required. No pressure to share. No expectation to do anything perfectly.
Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, sensory overwhelm, or simply craving a peaceful evening to yourself, this experience offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with what supports you.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more space to breathe.
