The Candle Tea has been First Moravian’s Christmas gift to the Greensboro community since 1962. Join us this December for live music in the Sanctuary, refreshments in the Tavern, Moravian craft demonstrations (star-making, beeswax candle-pouring, pottery-throwing, and more), the Putz, and an opportunity to purchase your favorite holiday treats, including chicken pies, lighted Advent stars, and Moravian baked goods such as sugarcake, stollen, gingerbread, and apple dumplings. Our 2026 Candle Tea will be held Friday, December 4th (3:00-8:00pm) and Saturday, December 5th (10:00am-2:00pm).
Find complete info, including links to our music schedule and online store, on our Candle Tea info page: http://greensboromoravian.org/candle-tea
We look forward to seeing you in December!
