Elected Player Check in:
=========================
1. Elected players must check in at our counter BEFORE the cut-off time stated above. Failure to do so will result in their slot being forfeited.
2. Player must be physically present to check in. Players may not check in on behalf of other players.

Walk-in Registration Procedure:
=========================
1. If there are more walk-in players than available slots then a raffle will be used to award available slots.
2. Walk-in raffle will be done in store on the event day immediately after Elected Players check-in closes.
3. Registration for the walk-in raffle will open as soon as the elected players check-in is open.
4. Players will need to be physically present and provide their Trainer ID and government issued Identification Card for verification in order to receive their raffle number.
5. When raffle numbers are called, players must be immediately present or else they will be removed from the raffle.
