Our good friend Kevin is facing something no one should ever have to endure. He was first diagnosed with lung cancer, and his disease has since spread to his brain, with new tumors being discovered as recently as last week. With all of this happening, Kevin continues to show incredible strength, still working his day job at Slick Shirts doing everything he can to maintain his normalcy.
If you have a Stober’s shirt in your closet, chances are Kevin was the one who printed it. He’s someone who quietly supports our community every single day, and now he’s the one who needs us. 🧙🏾♂️
Kevin is navigating a long disability process, mounting medical challenges, and the fear of an uncertain future. On top of that, his biggest worry is making sure his 14-year-old cat, Charlene, is taken care of. She’s his baby, and he wants to ensure she’s safe and comfortable no matter what comes next. 🐾
This benefit is our chance to wrap Kevin in our love and support. Our goal is to help ease the financial burden of the coming months and remind him that we're here to help.
At this benefit, we'll be collecting both monetary donations as well as various supplies to help Kevin with his daily necessities. Requested items include:
• UNSCENTED hygiene and cleaning products
• Baby soap and baby shampoo (his only current option)
• Non-perishable, easy-to-make foods + coffee
• Cat food, litter, and supplies for Charlene
There will also be many heartfelt ways to contribute throughout the event:
