Craft your own signature gin:
The 90-minute workshop begins with a premium London Dry-style gin base. With guidance from the expert Hold Fast team, you’ll explore the key characteristics of the spirit, including:
- Nose – discover the aromas and botanicals that shape a gin.
- Palate – taste and experiment with different flavour profiles.
- Finish – understand how the final flavours develop and linger.
You’ll then get hands-on with a selection of individual botanical and flavour distillates, presented in controlled droppers. Experiment, adjust and refine your gin until you’ve created a flavour profile that’s uniquely yours.
Once you’re happy with your creation, you’ll receive a 500ml bottle of your personalised gin to take home.
Each bottle will feature an exclusive Hold Fast Distillery x Canberra Centre label, complete with a space to write a personal message — whether you're gifting it to a loved one or keeping it for yourself.
