This years National Competition bringing competitors from across the nation to Calgary, Alberta on April 18, 2026. This competition is available to everyone. If you're new and would like information, please feel free to reach out.This years events:

Sledge Choke
Blob Medley (men’s classes only)
Fat Gripz Dumbbell Medley (ladies classes only)
The last man standing format will be used for the first 4 events with each competitor getting 0:30 to complete their lift. Switching hands is allowed. GSI (Grip Sport International) rules will be used. The last two events the competitor will be given 1:30 to provide their best effort.
Every Class will receive medals and the overall men's and ladies classes and masters winning awards. Everyone will receive an competition t-shirt.
Classes (preliminary depending on interest):
Men's - 120+, 120, 105, 93
Ladies - 84+, 84, 63
Overall Youth Men's (18 or less) - Added Dec 5
Overall Youth Ladies (18 or less) - Added Dec 5
Overall Men's Masters 50+
Overall Ladies Masters 50+
