Canada is co-hosting the world’s largest sporting event alongside Mexico and the United States, we are excited to announce that North Bay has been selected as a participating community for Canada Celebrates the FIFA World Cup 2026™ as part of the countrywide festivities surrounding the FIFA World Cup 2026™ .Celebrations will be co-hosted at Nipissing University and Canadore College on Saturday July 11th, 2026 featuring a live watch party for two highly anticipated quarter-final matches.

LOCATION: Nipissing University & Canadore College, 100 College Drive, North Bay
EVENT TIMES: 3pm to 11pm
QUARTER FINAL MATCHES:
5pm: Winners of Matches #91 & #92
9pm: Winners of Matches # 95 & #96
North Bay will come alive with activations, fan experiences, and cultural celebrations at this free, family friendly and open to the public, one-day community celebration.
