If you're struggling with heartbreak, anxiety, anger, or wondering whether you'll ever feel safe again, you don't have to face this alone.
Our trauma-informed therapy group provides a safe, confidential space where women can process betrayal, rebuild trust in themselves, and find support from others who truly understand this experience.
Many women quietly struggle with:
- Betrayal trauma and emotional overwhelm
- Intrusive thoughts and constant questioning
- Anxiety, panic, or difficulty sleeping
- Loss of trust in themselves and others
- Grief, anger, and confusion
- Shame and isolation
- Uncertainty about what comes next
Enrollment is limited to just 10 participants to create a supportive, intimate environment where every woman has time to share, receive guidance, and begin healing in a safe, confidential setting.

Group Details

- Time: Tuesdays • 6:30–8:00 PM PDT
- Attend: In person or virtually
- Group Size: Limited to 10 participants
- Investment: $40 per session
- Screening: Individual therapy or a screening call is required before joining.
Many women are looking for support after experiencing betrayal but don't always know where to turn. After seeing the growing need reflected in Yelp inquiries, we created this group to provide a compassionate place where women can process their pain, regain a sense of safety, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
