THIS IS A TENTATIVE DATE🎁 BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: Operation Christmas Child Volunteer Night! 🎁
Bring your family, your vendor partners, and your office. This year we want our biggest group EVER!
We've brought as many as 150 people before. Let's beat that!! 🙌
Denver is one of only eight Operation Christmas Child processing centers in the country. Tens of thousands of shoeboxes come through every day on their way to kids around the world. If you've only ever dropped a box at church, this is a whole other level. It's fun, it's loud, there are a lot of laughs, and it makes a worldly impact.
DO YOU KNOW A CHURCH THAT WOULD LOVE TO HELP US COLLECT OR VOLUNTEER AT THE PROCESSING CENTER?
👉 Step 1: Save your spot now. Dates will be released by Samaritan's Purse soon, and they fill fast. [Interest form link] Tell us how many people you're bringing!
Who can come: ANYONE 13+. Spouses, kids, clients, businesses, staff, coworkers: the more the merrier. If we get enough interest, we'll add more times/dates if/when available.
What to know:
Work some or all of the shift. You'll be standing most of the time.
Arrive a few minutes early for a 12 min training video.
Wear layers. Bring snacks for the car and snug garden gloves 🧤 ($5–6 at Home Depot, Lowe's, or Harbor Freight).
Want to bring a shoebox, (or ten from your Church)?
Bring them & some from your congregation along!
⚡ FAST PASS check-in: Once dates are set, you'll get an email invite to join our group reservation. Fill out the online waiver before you arrive. If everyone completes it and every spot is filled, our whole group skips the line. Can't do it online? Print the waiver [link] and bring it. Parents sign for anyone under 18.
Questions? Text Mario or someone who has been: James, Jack, Chris, Roxanne, Roku, . We'll keep posting maps, photos, and video here, and I encourage you announce it at all your networking events.
FYI, there are vending machines that take small denominations & sometimes credit/vice versa, & there are some times that Chick-Fil-A is there selling wrapped catering type items. Plan on not being layered in clothes as it does sometimes get hot/cold. Please plan on leaving any valuables in your car. Bring small wallet & medication needed. There are no lockers & you will be in a secured area with security & Police.
