About this Event
1st Anniversary Film Screening
Join us as we celebrate the 1st anniversary of Can I Ball Forever?, a film experience presented by 38109 Village that explores the emotional, mental, and personal journey of transitioning from an athlete to life beyond sports.
Through independent filmmaking and storytelling, Can I Ball Forever? highlights the struggles of identity, purpose, passion, and self-discovery that many athletes face when the game they love is no longer a part of their everyday lives. This anniversary screening is more than just a celebration of film; it’s a reflection on the stories we’ve told, the conversations we’ve started, and the community we’ve built over the past year.
To celebrate this milestone, we’re introducing Name Your Price, giving our audience the freedom to pay what they believe the experience is worth. Whether it’s $2 or $40, every contribution supports independent filmmaking and helps us continue telling stories that deserve to be heard.
One year later, the question remains: Who are you when the game is over?
