Camp Sylvia Stapley is situated just outside of Stillwater (so it is easy to come for the weekend or just pop in for activities throughout.) We are in the process of planning, but some things you can expect are:
-Tent Camping.
-Some indoor Lodge and Cabin space (for if weather is cold or if you don't have a tent and still want to be part of it)
-Music Circle 🎵
-Talent showcase (contingent on folks signing up). 🪇
karaoke night! (with a professional karaoke DJ)
-Bonfire with hotdogs 🌭
-Friendship bracelet station. 🧵
-Community Breakfast 🥞
-Walking trails 👟
and of course, Coffee and brunch on Sunday. ☕
We are actively trying to come up with more activities and hope to have a schedule we can share soon. We could use more hands on deck to help with planning, so reach out if this is something you're interested in helping with!
We will have a sound system and will try and do another talent showcase. We are in search of musicians and other talents for the talent show. A sign up genius will be available soon. If you know any bands that might be interested in playing and showcasing their talents, please let us know! Last year we had someone sign up to do a live painting, we had poetry and short story readers, we had a band play, and we had some keyboard playing and acoustic guitar/singing.

-clean bathrooms and showers.
3 cabins (two smaller ones and one large cabin with full kitchen and upstairs loft for campers).
tent camp sites
-large bonfire/outdoor cooking area with ample seating
-picnic tables
-concrete stage area with sound system capable of accommodating multi instrument bands.
-sound guy (my husband)
-Lots of space for kite flying and lawn games.
There are NOT RV hookups on site but there is an RV spot rental down the road and also we are close to Lake Carl Blackwell that has RV hookup spots.
It's also OSU Homecoming! So feel free to pop in and out of camp to go see things like the OSU parade on Saturday, or visit walkaround on campus Friday night. Make it a 2 for one visit!
