Course #: 9633879 | CAMS: 1 CEU in IFM | HOA Board Members: 1 CEU towards annual requirementThis course will provide new and experienced Community Association Managers and HOA and condominium directors with information on the steps and guidelines necessary to appropriately prepare for and attend mediations within community associations, as well as when mediation is required. Though multiple association types will be mentioned, this course contains everything approved to offer CEU for HOA Board Members towards the 4 or 8 CEUs they require annually.
