Seventeen households in the Calvert Hills neighborhood of College Park, Maryland are clearing out closets, basements, and garages on the same weekend. It's a few blocks south of the University of Maryland campus, just off Baltimore Avenue.
The whole sale fits in about half a mile across Albion, Dartmouth, Drexel, Guilford, Harvard, Rhode Island, and Wake Forest, so you can park once and walk the entire thing.
About the location: Calvert Park is listed because it's near the center of the neighborhood, not because the sale is there. The park is under construction, so don't plan on parking in it. Street parking is free throughout Calvert Hills, and the whole sale fits in about half a mile.

The map shows every address, which days each house is open, and what they've got. You can filter by day or by what you're hunting for.
Some of what's coming out: vintage oriental rugs and mid century chairs, a Lego collection, photography and darkroom supplies, an antique Ansonia mantle clock, records, 3D-printed gaming wares and computer parts, bedroom furniture, baby gear, bikes, tools, books, jewelry, and holiday decorations. Five houses will have free items.
No ticket needed. Just show up. This listing exists so people can find the sale.
Bring small bills and your own bags. Assume cash. Please park legally and don't block driveways, these are narrow residential streets with a lot of kids on them.
Also that Saturday: College Park Day runs noon to 6 at the College Park Aviation Museum, about two thirds of a mile from the middle of the sale. Do the yard sale in the morning, the festival in the afternoon, and come back Sunday for whatever's left.
