Caltech's Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences 60th Anniversary

The celebration begins Friday, November 6, at 4 p.m. with a keynote conversation, "Leviathan Unchained: Rethinking the Framers on Executive Power," featuring John Ferejohn (Samuel Tilden Professor of Law, Emeritus, NYU School of Law; HSS faculty, 1972–1983) and Jean-Laurent Rosenthal (Rea A. and Lela G. Axline Professor of Business Economics, Caltech).

On Saturday, November 7, HSS faculty and alumni mark the anniversary with a series of events showcasing the division's expertise and its relevance to today's most pressing social questions.

These events are free and open to the public.
