CalmUnity Permission to Grieve Workshop
In‑Person, Therapist‑Supported Gathering for the Community
Grief can change your routines, relationships, and sense of self. The CalmUnity Grief Support Group is a guided, therapist‑supported space designed to help you navigate loss with compassion, structure, and community.
Each session is led by a licensed therapist and supported by the DCS Community Care Team in a safe, trauma‑informed environment where you can share, breathe, learn, and heal at your own pace.

This group is for anyone experiencing grief — whether from the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or the quiet, accumulating losses that shape us over time.
