About this Event
Calm the Hustle: A Mindfulness Workshop for Entrepreneurs invites entrepreneurs, creatives, and visionaries to step away from the pressure of constant doing and reconnect with sustainable ways of leading, creating, and thriving. In this interactive and restorative session, participants will explore practical mindfulness tools, stress management strategies, and grounding practices designed to reduce burnout, increase clarity, and cultivate peace while pursuing purpose.
Together, we will unpack the impact of hustle culture, explore how stress and overperformance can affect creativity and decision-making, and learn simple, actionable practices to support balance, focus, and emotional well-being. Through guided reflection, interactive activities, and mindfulness exercises, participants will gain tools to quiet overwhelm, strengthen resilience, and build a personalized approach to navigating entrepreneurship with intention rather than exhaustion.
This workshop is designed for those who are building big visions but want to do so without sacrificing their wellness. Because success should not come at the expense of your peace, it should be rooted in it.
