Confidence in the face of an emergency comes from training and practice.In this workshop, you will learn:
🛟the basics of CPR/Choking Rescue for infants, children, and adults
🛟how to use an AED for all ages
🛟water/drowning rescue principles
🛟how to respond to an opioid emergency
This workshop will provide you with the information you need to respond as a lay person in an emergency situation. We will be covering the latest guidelines from the American Heart Association.
This workshop also includes a 35-page eBook that is yours to keep.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone ages 12 and up.
Cost is $35 per couple
Amy Foreman is a Family Nurse Practitioner and brings extensive experience caring for families and patients of all ages. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2009. She loves teaching and seeing people feeling empowered!
