Some experiences feel like a tiny vacation for your nervous system.
This one is exactly that but with ink.
About this Event

In our Pointed Pen Calligraphy Experience, you’ll learn the foundations of classic pointed pen calligraphy and discover how a single slow line can turn into something surprisingly beautiful.

We’ll start from the very beginning: how the pointed pen works, how to hold it, how to create smooth, controlled strokes and how those strokes build elegant letters. Step by step, you’ll go from simple lines to your first finished word

This class is beginner-friendly and intentionally calming. No pressure, no “perfect handwriting” required. (And if your handwriting has been personally offending you for years even better. You’ll finally see that calligraphy is not “nice handwriting,” it’s a technique.)

Please note: this is not a casual “for fun” workshop, but a more immersive educational class for those who want to explore the art of calligraphy.

What’s included

  • 3 hours
  • All materials provided
  • Guided instruction
  • Practice worksheets to take home
  • A finished handmade card
  • Light treats + tea

  • you want a slow, aesthetic, mindful activity
  • you love stationery, beautiful lettering, cards, and thoughtful details

  • you’ve always wanted to try calligraphy but thought it “wasn’t for you”

Can I join if my handwriting is bad?

Absolutely. Even if you’re convinced your handwriting is a “catastrophe” you’re more than welcome. In fact, that’s often the best place to start. We’ll explore the difference between calligraphy and neat handwriting, and you’ll learn step by step in a friendly, supportive atmosphere where you can ask questions, relax, and genuinely enjoy the process of creating letters.
