Advanced Food Prep- California Cuisine Lunch
Our talented Culinary Arts students have created a menu that celebrates California's emphasis on fresh, locally inspired cuisine. From a comforting roasted vegetable soup to a flavorful seafood entrée, each dish is thoughtfully prepared using quality ingredients that capture the essence of California cooking.
MENU:
Roasted Vegetable Soup – A flavorful blend of seasonal roasted vegetables simmered in a rich, savory broth, served with rolls and butter.
Classic Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, topped with shaved Parmesan and house-made Parmesan crisps.
Calamari Pasta Puttanesca – Tender calamari served with pasta in a bold tomato sauce featuring olives, capers, garlic, and fresh herbs.
Vegetarian Option: Vegetarian Pasta Puttanesca
Stone Fruit Clafoutis – A classic French baked custard filled with seasonal stone fruits
