About this Event
Caliber – Changing Lanes Employment Event is an in-person employment engagement event for personnel interested in a rewarding career with Caliber Collision.
About the Event
Created for professionals, this event focuses on employment opportunities and networking with Caliber Collision.
Caliber Collision, founded in 1997 in California, grew from its initial collision repair centers into a national giant, becoming the largest in the U.S. by focusing on customer experience, strategic acquisitions (like Herb’s Paint & Body), and expanding its brand to include Caliber Auto Care & Glass, all under the guiding purpose of “Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®”.
The company has expanded significantly through organic growth, private equity investment (OMERS in 2013), and a commitment to training and technology, positioning itself as a dominant force in the fragmented collision repair industry.
Driven by purpose.
At Caliber, Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® is what drives each of us every day. Every center, every Teammate, and every role contributes to taking the stress out of car care and setting the standard for service that goes beyond expectations.
With our skills, training, and teamwork, we’re not just getting people safely back on the road, we’re helping them get back to what matters most. That’s the impact we make together.
