This session in intended to be more HCM-related; however, will be a round table style format and suggested topics:
- Questions, challenges, or recent successes
- Process improvements or optimization opportunities
- Interesting discoveries or observations from the 2026R2 release
- Lessons learned from recent implementations, enhancements, or projects
- Topics where you'd like feedback or advice from peers
- Short member-led discussions, demonstrations, or solution showcases
- Any other Workday topics the group would find valuable

These are often the conversations that provide the greatest value to our community.
The RUG Leadership Team will facilitate the discussion, but we're looking to the group to help drive the conversation and share the knowledge and lessons learned from your organizations.
