3 Day Swim clinic led by an Olympian mentor!
Head to Head promotes mental resilience and wellness through Olympian-led mentorship programs that teach healthy habits and inspire confidence. Olympians have learned a lot from their amazing swim careers and will share their extensive knowledge of swimming with the next generation of Canadian swimmers.

Tuesday December 30th:
10:00AM - 12:00PM - In-pool session - IM, work off the walls, Drills Technique and more!
12:00PM - 1:00PM - In-class session - Ingrid's story and her journey to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games + Managing Nerves and dealing with pressure!

Any group of 3 swimmers that purchase tickets together will receive a 10% discount! To receive this discount email [email protected] with the names of the swimmers!
Any coaches that have a swimmer in attendance are welcome to join the session free of cost - please just ensure to let us know in advance so that they have access (email [email protected])!
We keep our clinics as small group sessions so that each swimmer (no matter their level, ages 10 - 16) will benefit from the clinic and get time with the athlete.

What's the refund policy?
If you wish to cancel your ticket 7 days prior to the event, you can get a refund. Please request through Eventbrite.
*** PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTBRITE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OF THEIR FEES. This means although you will get the majority of your payment back (if cancelling 7 days or more before the event), Eventbrite will not refund their fee. This is a new Eventbrite Policy that Head to Head unfortunately cannot control.
