About this Event
Running a business can quickly become all-consuming. There is always something that needs your attention—a client request, an email, a deadline, an opportunity, or another task on the never-ending list. But being a successful business owner isn't about doing everything. It's about learning how to focus your time and energy on what matters most.
In this interactive workshop, business owners will explore practical strategies for designing a life and business that work together—not compete against each other.
Your business is an important part of your life, but it shouldn't become your entire life. You'll learn how to step out of constant reaction mode, identify your true priorities, and make more intentional decisions about where your time, attention, and energy go.
We'll explore the difference between what's urgent and what's truly important, why everything on your to-do list doesn't deserve equal priority, and how to create boundaries and routines that support both your business goals and the life you're building.
