Hi - I'm E-Lisa - My cakes are made from a recipe base passed down through my maternal family line (Northern Ireland), simple, sweet, heartwarming, delicious goodness!

I have been baking for many years, and have been through a few phases, putting on brunch events in clubs, supplying for commercial events, and finding a home in a small church cafe, but this year we're branching out to mobile parties and in-person classes.

The session is open to all, great for aspiring bakers or for those wanting to try something different.
