Cake & Convo is a relaxed, facilitated workshop where participants will decorate cupcakes while exploring thoughtful conversations around friendship, connection, and community.
The session begins with a short introduction and cupcake decorating demo before easing into group discussions guided by anonymous questions submitted by attendees.
Whether you’re coming to meet new people, share your perspective, or simply enjoy a creative and cozy atmosphere, this workshop is designed to feel welcoming, low-pressure, and genuinely human.

Omaina Ozako is a Toronto-based facilitator and mental health professional passionate about creating spaces for honest conversation, reflection, and connection.
Through community experiences and her dessert brand, Zakilo Bakes, she creates opportunities for people to feel seen, heard, and more connected to themselves and each other.
