About this Event
SOFT LANDINGS IS A WELLNESS SPACE FOR AND BY THE ASIAN COMMUNITY. A PLACE TO GATHER, MOVE, BREATHE AND CONNECT.
Curated by Valerie Tiu.
In celebration of Asian Heritage Month, join us for a Soft Landings Workshop at Gem By Mosaic. Together, we’ll create space to reflect on our cultural stories, honour our lived experiences, and celebrate the beauty of community connection. Through guided journaling and group discussion, we invite you to reflect, share, and land in a space created FOR and BY the Asian community. 💛
Experience a Pilates + Chill session on the Reformer, designed to help you move mindfully, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Gather, reflect, move and land softly with us. ☁️
ABOUT :
Asians are still underrepresented in wellness spaces and as a community, face many nuanced experiences, both of marginalization and privilege. We come together to share our stories, cultural narratives, and explore the ways that we can show up as better allies in our community. 💛 Soft Landings Workshops explore what it means to find ease, rest and softness as tools for resistance. We create A SOFT PLACE TO LAND. ☁️

SOFT LANDINGS is taking place on the traditional land of the Wendake-Nionwentsio, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Anishiabewaki and the Haudenosaunee peoples. We acknowledge the rich history of the Indigenous peoples, and offer our gratitude to the stewards of this land - past, present and future.
