Come Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! Friday October 9th from 7PM-9PM at Bank Art Gallery in Newburgh, NY.About this Event
Come meet new people and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month over a cup of coffee and collage-making.
We’ll begin with a guided coffee ritual centered around slowing down, engaging the senses, and connecting through meaningful conversation about culture, identity, tradition, and the memories we associate with coffee. You’ll be invited to pause, reflect, and share with others in a welcoming community space.
After our coffee ritual, we’ll move into collage-making, creating artwork that represents who you are and the experiences, traditions, values, and influences that have shaped your identity. This is a space to have fun, get creative, learn about others, and make something meaningful to you.
A curated playlist of Latin music will set the atmosphere as we create together. All cultures and backgrounds are welcome to join this community gathering.
Your ticket includes all collage materials, a cup of coffee, and a sweet treat.
