We’re back for Round 2 of Go-To-Market Club, a closed-door series designed to help founders and operators sharpen their go-to-market edge. Thank you to our friends at Vanta for supporting Caffeine and New Zealand's Go-To-Market leaders.
This is a roundtable workshop where three challenges will be selected ahead of the session, and together we’ll dive in exploring strategies these operators have successfully used to overcome similar challenges. Because f**k, getting paying customers is hard, and expanding into new markets? Even harder.
This session will focus on:
• Understanding culture within global markets, what translates and what doesn’t
• Partnership strategies, how to borrow brand equity and build trust in a new country
• How focused to be when entering a new market, when to go all in vs test and learn
