Quickstep Members & friends, it’s time to lace up those trainers and step out for our cause! On Sunday 9th August (9:00 AM start), we are taking on our Castle-to-Castle Sponsored Walk to support our Quickstep Fitness gym hub. Approx 8 Miles! ?
Why are we fundraising? ?
Quickstep Fitness is a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). That means we don't have corporate shareholders taking home profits—every single penny we generate goes right back into providing affordable, accessible fitness, dance, and health initiatives for our community:

Because we work hard to keep our everyday class and gym prices at an absolute minimum so everyone can enjoy them, we don't have large commercial profit margins. That's why when it comes to essential, ongoing repairs and maintenance to our club fitness equipment, we rely on our incredible community to help us give the hub an extra push! ??
Every single pound raised from this walk stays right here in Bedwas/Caerphilly to keep your club kit safe, functional, and top-notch for your workouts.

1️⃣ Join the Walk & Grab a Form: Pick up a physical sponsor form at the gym this week and get your friends, family, or colleagues to back your trek!
2️⃣ Donate Directly: Can’t make the walk but want to support the club repairs fund? Pop into the hub or drop us a DM to find out how to chip in.
