Welcome to a magical journey with handmade artisan Mexican Ceremonial Cacao, free movement and dance in a colorful and groovy musical landscape!We begin in a circle by drinking ceremonial handmade cacao from the jungles of Mexico.
The Cacao Ceremony will be intuitively guided in the aliveness of togetherness here and now.
Let the magic and the medicine of this special bean open you to the present moment!
Then we continue into Conscious Dance - an inner and outer journey through free movement, where you are invited to explore the present moment just as it is.
It can unfold with lightness, playfulness, depth and God knows what.
This is a space to shake things off, meet yourself with curiosity and openness, and bring forth new energy in both body and mind.
Through various musical landscapes and rhythms, you are invited to experience and express yourself in the here and now.
There is no choreography to follow, only an openness to let movement happen naturally through the moment, the music, and the space we create together.
This is a safe and open space to unleash your creative energy through physical expression.
The dance begins with soft movement and calm music. You are invited to follow your body's natural movements and flow with the music, which gradually increases in rhythm and intensity.
Toward the end, the movements and music soften again, eventually settling into silence, leaving plenty of time to rest and simple be.
No prior experience is needed. Come let the spontaneity of this moment be alive as you!

What is Ceremonial Cacao?
For thousands of years cacao has been used as a sacred plant in South and Central America.
Cacao can be a doorway into embodying the life force energy and vitality that is already alive within you - as your true nature. It can gently support you in experiencing the body’s wisdom in free movement and dance.
Unlike highly processed industrial cacao or standard chocolate, ceremonial cacao is crafted by hand in a traditional bean-to-bar process. Because it undergoes minimal processing, gentle, low-temperature roasting and stone grinding without stripping away its natural fats, all of its rich antioxidants, minerals, and natural compounds remain fully intact.
To fully experience the cacao and the opening of your body and life force energy, I recommend arriving on an empty stomach (or avoiding heavy meals for 2–3 hours before the ceremony).
