✨ Cacao & Motion — an Evening of Movement, Presence & ConnectionCacao has long been used as a gentle companion for slowing down, opening the heart, and reconnecting with ourselves. During this evening, we create a warm and welcoming space where movement, stillness, and genuine human connection can unfold naturally.
There are countless ways to meet ourselves more deeply. Some people write, others paint, sing, or dance. This gathering invites us to explore another doorway: allowing the body to move freely, without needing to perform, achieve, or even understand.
Supported by ceremonial cacao, we'll gradually shift our attention away from thinking and into sensing. Through music, movement, meditation, and shared presence, we give ourselves permission to listen to the quiet intelligence of the body.
There is no choreography and nothing to get right. You might find yourself dancing, resting, laughing, sitting quietly, or simply observing. Every way of participating is welcome.
Throughout the evening we gently explore:

* meditation and stillness
* authentic connection
* playfulness and creativity
* listening to the wisdom of the body
