An opportunity to drop into a deeply relaxing and heart-opening space before the busy month of December. Who knows, we might carry this peace with us all through the month of celebrations. And if not, then at least we will have these hours on a Sunday afternoon spent with a focus on prayer, meditation, song and loving company.The Ceremonial Cacao is a beautiful addition to the Medicine of Music and gives the body an extra little lift with its heart-opening properties.
We will sing together, sit in meditation together and there will be space to lean back for more of a sound healing segment.
For the past 25+ years I have been blessed to be able to travel the world sharing music and meditation at a long list of festivals, retreats, conferences and concerts.
I have had the opportunity to explore many different spiritual paths and cultures which have all inspired me and now been woven together into a unique tapestry that is my offering.

Bring your favourite cup for drinking the cacao.
Perhaps bring a notebook to jot down inspiration you might have through the ceremony.
