Dear Soul Tribe 🤍✨Join us for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony – Honouring Our Ancestors, an evening of remembrance, healing and connection with the women and men who came before us.
As we gather during this season of ancestral remembrance, we will journey through our lineage — from our parents and grandparents to the generations beyond — honouring their lives, acknowledging the patterns carried through the ancestral line, and reconnecting with the wisdom, strength and gifts that continue to live through us.
💖 Through Sacred Cacao, meditation, journalling, mantra, chanting, singing and conscious movement, we will open the heart, connect with our lineage, release inherited patterns and receive the blessings and wisdom of our ancestors.
Please bring:
• A cushion to sit on
• Your favourite mug
• Bottle of water
• Journal & pen
• Printed photographs of your ancestors
🙏 Please inform us beforehand if you are taking antidepressants, have a heart condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any allergies to spices or plant milk.
