About this Event
This workshop is for anyone who wants to step away from everyday stress, get out of the head for a while, and connect more deeply with the body and the heart. It will be a space for inner connection, gentle exploration, movement, and joy, a space where you can breathe, feel, release, and simply be.

Dina:
Cacao ceremony facilitator, breathwork and meditation guide who has been walking the spiritual path for more than 14 years. She creates warm and supportive spaces where people can slow down, open the heart, and reconnect with themselves through breath, meditation, and ceremonial practice.
Her cacao ceremonies are a gentle way to connect more deeply with yourself. Ceremonial cacao supports openness, presence, and emotional connection, while inviting you to slow down, tune in, and meet yourself with more honesty and care.
Flutra Zymi:
Spiritual facilitator whose path has been shaped by a deep connection to the body, movement, and inner healing. For over two decades, she has explored different layers of embodied practice through dance, mindful movement, and a deep connection with nature.
With gentleness and presence, Flutra invites people into a space of embodiment where the body becomes a doorway to awareness, balance, and inner connection. In her practice, she weaves together chakras (7 energy centers), mudras (hand gestures), affirmations, sound vibration, asanas (yoga postures), and intuitive free movement to support a deeper experience of presence and self-discovery.
Together, we invite you into a meaningful and welcoming space where inner work can be deep, gentle, and enjoyable.
